“As we have seen a lot of demand in the areas of collaboration and integration and the need for integration software, we offer Maximo to address these needs,” adds Allen. Recently, the Certus Solutions provided a new Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) solution for Transpower, a state-owned enterprise responsible for electric power transmission in New Zealand. The client’s demand was to develop a solution that provides a single view of facilities, assets, and hazards serving as a central source of data for HSE management risks. Certus deployed IBM Maximo HSE Manager for the client provided a single application enabling the reporting of all incidents including work, personnel, safety, health, and environmental areas. Aligned with the organization’s Maximo platform, the client’s HSE team is able to analyze incidents, hazards, and precautions, together with progress monitoring. “For the last two years we have been designing clients’ requirement based solutions with a defined business outcome and ROI on a “pay as you go” basis,” explains Allen.

As the company focuses on innovating technologies to the clients’ requirements, Certus team has created “Data Quality Framework” and “Forward Fast” software integration platform utilizing IBM platforms and software. “We are investing significantly in the asset management transformation space and our “Forward Fast” is going to make a real impact in this area,” states Allen. In the road ahead, the company plans to develop and enhance its suite of mobile applications for IBM solutions. “Our next strategic move will be to establish a presence in the U.S., and this development will happen during 2016,” concludes Allen.
