This collaboration includes the launch of a BlueNET powered Innovation Lab for co-creation of solutions with clients and training of BlueNET developers on SoftLayer, the IBM’s shared infrastructure approach, and cloud app development platform. “Our adoption of SoftLayer is dedicated to leverage its vast library of cognitive computing and analytics solutions and other services to build client apps,” points out , Kerem Koca, co-founder and Managing Director, BlueNET Technologies.

We’ve been identifying big data and analytics, along with other priority areas like cloud computing, PureSystems, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Predictive Analytics and Social Media Analytics,” claims Ozturk. The company, with IBM, proactively identifies each and every entry-point solutions for these growth areas that are supported with demand generation, sales enablement, co-marketing fund generation, and prospecting support. Furthermore, IBM’s set of BA products—Congos, TM1, Watson Analytics and SPSS—enables BlueNET to be a one-stop-shop for any BA needs.
The company, with IBM capability aims at delivering IT outsourcing and staffing services, which further helps them in modeling their skills to support improved customer retention. For instance, Mercury Medical, a healthcare manufacturer, approached BlueNET as they were facing challenges regarding their legacy sales-reporting platform. The platform was not very intuitive for advanced dashboard functions due to which their maintenance support was declining. Being a software valuenet reselling partner, BlueNET introduced Mercury Medical to Cognos Express—IBM’s integrated BI planning solution—and allowed BlueNET to create a custom report and analysis, meeting specific data and user needs. Cognos met Mercury’s recovery time objectives and they now can create most critical reporting without relying on the legacy platform.
